CodeAgentSwarm is a desktop-based Agentic Development Environment (ADE) and visual orchestration harness developed by the CodeAgentSwarm team. It acts as a centralized command center designed to supervise, manage, and execute multiple terminal-based coding agents in parallel across separate project contexts. In daily use, CodeAgentSwarm wraps local CLI agents—such as Claude Code, Codex CLI, Antigravity CLI, OpenCode, Kimi Code, Grok Build, and Cursor Agent (via ACP)—into a unified visual dashboard. Developers can assign distinct tasks to up to nine parallel agent sessions. The environment surfaces a built-in MCP-powered task board (Kanban), dynamic session titles, unified terminal notifications, live diff inspection, and per-provider quota tracking across 5-hour and weekly reset windows. What distinguishes CodeAgentSwarm from standard terminal multiplexers (like tmux or Zellij) or single-agent CLIs is its domain-specific supervision layer. It includes configurable permission profiles ("Turbo Mode") to bypass routine prompts while enforcing guardrails around sensitive actions, cross-session searchable conversation histories, and an automated task queue that agents can read, update, and close independently. CodeAgentSwarm is currently available in Open Beta with Pro features enabled for free upon sign-up. The application provides native desktop binaries for macOS (macOS 12+) and Windows (10/11), with Linux support planned.
